These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites and applications operated by Sabercrown (“we”, “us”), including evalarium.ai, tryintuito.com, servisko.ai, 996grind.com and sabercrown.com (together, the “Services”). By using any of the Services you agree to these Terms. Individual products may publish supplemental terms; where they conflict, the product-specific terms prevail for that product.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable law. You must not misuse the Services — including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting their operation, scraping at scale without permission, or using them to transmit unlawful or infringing content.

Accounts

Some Services require an account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Payments

Paid features, where offered, are billed as described at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, and content, are owned by Sabercrown or its licensors. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the Services.

Disclaimer and liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabercrown is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
